By booking an appointment online, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 

1. A $35 online booking fee/deposit will be charged and put towards the balance of the appointment invoice. 
2. The $35 booking fee is non-refundable if the appointment is not canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time. 
3. By completing the online booking, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions regarding the $35 booking fee. 
4. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Please review them periodically for any changes.
